Role Description

We are engaging Bilingual Malay Psychologists (PhD) to support an innovative AI training project. You'll apply your psychology expertise and Malay-English language skills to evaluate content, develop culturally sensitive scenarios, and provide expert feedback. No prior AI experience is required.

Scope of Work

• Analyze psychological case studies and documentation.
• Develop culturally sensitive scenarios and materials in Malay and English.
• Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, ethics, and psychological best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Document evaluation processes and findings.
• Refine psychological assessments across language and cultural contexts.

Qualifications

• PhD in Psychology with clinical and/or academic experience.
• Native or near-native fluency in Malay and English.
• Experience with psychological assessments and case studies.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and ethical decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with remote collaboration and digital documentation.
