We are looking for experienced healthcare professionals to work with us as Independent Consultants within the personal and professional development sector. Your work will include:

• Discovery conversations: Speak with prospective clients and explore whether our programmes may be suitable for them.
• Client guidance: Provide clear information about our personal development programmes and help people understand their options.
• Relationship development: Build and maintain professional relationships through phone, Zoom and email.
• Digital marketing: Learn and implement established digital marketing and client-acquisition strategies.
• Professional development: Participate in structured training, mentoring and ongoing development.
• Independent working: Manage your own schedule, activity and priorities within an established framework.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or experienced healthcare professional.
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with people.
• Comfortable with responsibility and making decisions.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Open to learning digital marketing and client development.
• Interest in personal growth and continuous learning.
• Value greater autonomy over how and when you work.

Requirements

• Comfortable communicating by phone and Zoom.
• Able to dedicate consistent time each week to developing the role.
