[Hiring] Health & Wellbeing Clinician @Medibank Private Limited

Role Description

Our Health & Wellbeing support services team connect with Medibank members to support conversations about health and wellbeing to engage them in a discussion around their health and wellbeing.

• Deliver health screening assessments via telehealth.
• Assist and empower members to identify clear actions for their health and wellbeing.
• Educate members about other Amplar Health/Medibank offerings relevant to their needs.
• This is a KPI-driven role focused on outbound member engagement.

We have permanent full time or part time (0.6 - 1 FTE) positions available with commencement dates on the 16th of November.

Our Health and Wellbeing service operates Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm, currently seeking clinicians available to work shifts between 12pm and 8pm Monday - Friday.

Key availability requirements:

• Availability for 12:00pm – 8:00pm shifts is essential.
• Fixed fortnightly roster (Week 1 & Week 2).
• Rosters are set for 6 months.
• Training will be virtual and conducted over 2 days.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Div 1) with current unrestricted AHPRA.
• Minimum 2 years’ post qualification experience in Australia.
• Ability to identify needs and match actions and service provision.
• Experience in applying active listening techniques in a customer service environment.
• Strong computer skills, including experience using multiple systems and the ability to learn new operating systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Comfortable working to KPIs and targets in a structured environment.
