Role Description
At Pop Family, weβre launching a brand-new OT service and looking for an enthusiastic generalist OT to be one of its first clinicians. Youβll be led by an exceptional Senior Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience, 6 of them dedicated to telehealth delivery.

Manage a varied caseload of both private and NDIS clients via telehealth.

Work with children and adults across emotional regulation, sensory processing, feeding therapy, and other generalist areas.

Receive structured onboarding and close supervision from our Senior OT and clinical leadership team.

Learn our telehealth model, clinical systems, and documentation standards with regular formal supervision.

Collaborate with Popβs existing team of 80+ Speech Pathologists to deliver holistic care.
Qualifications

A recognised occupational therapy qualification (degree accredited by the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia, or an equivalent approved international qualification).

Current general registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (AHPRA), or be eligible for registration.

Ability to meet AHPRAβs registration standards on an ongoing basis: continuing professional development, professional indemnity insurance, criminal history check, English language skills, and recency of practice.

A Medicare Provider Number (or eligibility).

A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one before starting).

A current Working With Children Check, valid in your state or territory.

Australian working rights.
Requirements

Post graduate experience in private practice or eagerness to move into this area.

Enthusiasm for working with children and/or adults across emotional regulation, sensory processing, and feeding therapy.

Curiosity about (or eagerness to develop skills in) NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments.

Belief in the power of telehealth to improve access to care.

Coachability, reflectiveness, and motivation for continuous learning and growth.

Organizational skills, accountability, and proactivity in managing your caseload.
