Role Description

As a Performance Strategist (Demand Gen) at Thrive Digital, you will ensure the company operates at peak performance by:

• Establishing efficient processes and implementing best practices.

Your focus of responsibilities will include:

• Domain: Solving client challenges, elevating team skills, and driving program growth.
• Client: Organizing and leading high-impact client relationship drivers.
• People: Elevating team members to bring best-in-class solutions to projects.
• Company: Leading a culture of project excellence in the Performance department.

In your first 30 days, you’ll:

• Familiarize yourself with Thrive’s tools and processes.
• Begin onboarding to projects and teams across your department.

In your first 60 days, you’ll:

• Play an active role across projects.
• Develop processes and strategies to improve team and project success.

In your first 90 days, you’ll:

• Step into account leadership opportunities.
• Provide support across project planning, strategy, client partnerships, and team skills development.

Qualifications

• Executed, planned, and maintained multi-channel, full funnel performance marketing accounts of $200k+ USD media spend per month.
• Experience collaborating with and delegating to junior team members as a senior account manager.
• Advanced analytical skills and experience using visualization tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc.
• Managed performance media across various business verticals and sizes.
• Successfully managed client and key stakeholder relationships through various communication channels.
• Effectively communicated marketing concepts such as incrementality, KPI selection, and business economics.
