Role Description

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a creative, performance-focused Inbound Marketer to build and scale content-driven marketing systems that generate organic traffic, qualified leads, pipeline, and conversions. This role goes beyond traditional SEO or content writing. You’ll connect search intent, content strategy, lead generation, and conversion optimization to turn organic visibility into measurable business growth.

You’ll create and optimize:

• SEO-driven content
• Website and landing pages
• Lead magnets
• Inbound funnels
• Conversion-focused marketing assets
• Content distribution strategies

You’ll also help the business adapt to the changing search landscape, including AI-driven discovery, LLM visibility, and modern SEO.

If you understand how to turn search → content → conversion → pipeline, this role is a strong fit.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inbound marketing, content marketing, SEO content writing, and organic lead generation.
• Strong understanding of SEO, search intent, keyword research, inbound marketing funnels, and content distribution.
• Ability to create high-quality, SEO-optimized and conversion-focused content.
• Excellent written English, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to analyze content performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Portfolio demonstrating SEO content, inbound campaigns, and lead generation work.
• Ability to work remotely during U.S. business hours.

Requirements

• Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar SEO platforms.
• Understanding of how AI is changing search behavior, SEO, and content discovery.
