[Hiring] Marketing Tech Senior Lead @Sequoia Connect

Role Description

We are currently searching for a Marketing Tech Senior Lead:

• Work with Our Client's data analytics team to define analytics requirements and write technical specifications for their web and app engineering teams.
• Turn analytics requirements into technical specifications, then validate that what shipped matches what was specified.
• Own the solution design reference and supporting documentation as a standing deliverable.
• Build and modify CJA (Customer Journey Analytics) connections and data views (managing a current estate of around 13).
• Design new data views for email and push performance reporting.
• Onboard additional data sources into CJA, including digital experience monitoring data.
• Advise analytics and business teams on which segments, events, and variables to use.
• Define the weekly reconciliation of CJA against back-end order data, set the anomaly thresholds, and hand the running of it to the QA engineer.
• Own Adobe Target test setup, audiences, splits, and A4T reporting.
• Surface new platform features to Our Client's analytics and CRM teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience acting as a Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) expert bridging data analytics and web/app engineering teams.
• Deep competence in Adobe Target for test setup, audiences, splits, and A4T reporting.
• Strong ability to write clear, actionable technical specifications based on analytics requirements.
• Expertise in owning and maintaining solution design references and data views.
• Experience onboarding new data sources and defining reconciliation processes against back-end data.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."
