Role Description

Our client is a dynamic, founder-led group operating four distinct businesses across hospitality, e-commerce, property, and services sectors. We're recruiting a hands-on Marketing Manager to own the marketing function across this diverse portfolio:

• Paid Advertising: Manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns across the group. Optimize spend allocation and performance.
• Social Media: Strategy, content calendars, and community management across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Email Marketing: Design and execute campaigns. Improve engagement and conversion flows.
• Channel Testing: Identify and pilot new marketing channels suited to each business.
• Reporting & Strategy: Track performance, recommend spend shifts, and inform quarterly planning.
• Brand & Website: Support brand identity development. Optimize website performance and user experience.
• Freelance Management: Brief and oversee content creators where needed. Maintain quality oversight.

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta campaigns across multiple business types.
• Strong social media skills: content strategy, creation direction, community management.
• Ability to write clear, compelling marketing copy and email campaigns.
• Experience marketing both product-based and service-based businesses.
• Self-directed and comfortable managing 4+ brands simultaneously with limited supervision.
• Exceptional written English and strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills - campaigns don't slip during busy weeks.

• Comfortable working autonomously and taking initiative without needing detailed direction.
• Thrive managing multiple brands and priorities simultaneously.
• Hands-on campaign experience running Google Ads and Meta yourself, not just briefing others.
