[Hiring] Marketing Data Analyst @Sumsub

Role Description

We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to strengthen our Sales & Marketing Analytics team. This role will focus primarily on marketing analytics, with close collaboration with sales analytics and unit economics. The main goal is to support marketing teams with data-driven insights, dashboards, and analysis, while helping improve data consistency and analytical foundations across teams.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of experience in data analytics, with hands-on experience in marketing analytics.
• Strong SQL skills are mandatory.
• Practical experience with marketing metrics, campaign performance analysis, attribution models, or marketing KPI frameworks.
• Experience building clear and actionable dashboards for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with marketing stakeholders.
• Ability to investigate problems, explain metric changes, and turn data into actionable insights.
• Nice to Have: Experience with web analytics, attribution modeling and DBT.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with analytical databases (e.g. ClickHouse or similar).
• Experience with BI tools for building dashboards and reports (Apache Superset or similar).
• Experience with web analytics tools and website performance analysis (Google Analytics or similar) is a strong plus.
• Experience with DBT or other data transformation tools is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Python for data analysis or automation is a plus.
