Role Description
The global economy, human wellbeing and individual dreams – they all depend on nature’s vitality. Trillions of dollars are needed to restore and protect nature so that it thrives again. An amount that we today consider too high a cost to bear. Turning nature restoration from a cost to an attractive investment, square meter by square meter of land – that is the vision of The Landbanking Group.
To operationalize this vision, The Landbanking Group builds the technological, legal and trust infrastructure for investments into nature. Our product offers a game changer to the entire sustainability and regenerative agriculture industry:
-
Legal framework and financial product logic allows customers to book payments for supply-chain resilience or ecosystem services as an intangible asset.
-
Investing into regenerative land-use creates corporate value rather than reducing profits.
-
This new approach in accounting will be a major lever to take regenerative land-use to scale.
