[Hiring] Amazon Digital Content Specialist @CNX

Role Description

Are you passionate about eCommerce, Amazon marketplaces, and creating best-in-class digital product content? We're looking for an Amazon Digital Content Specialist to join our growing team and support the execution, optimization, and management of digital product content across Amazon marketplaces for globally recognized consumer brands including:

• Osprey - Premium outdoor and adventure equipment
• OXO - Innovative kitchen and household essentials trusted worldwide
• Braun - Global leader in grooming and personal care solutions

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the centre of Amazon content execution, ensuring customers receive an outstanding digital shopping experience through accurate, engaging, and optimized product content.

You will work closely with Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Creative, and Brand teams to maintain product listings, launch new products, localize content for multiple markets, and continuously improve content quality and conversion performance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, Digital Content, Marketplace Content, Content Operations, or Digital Marketing
• Hands-on experience managing Amazon product listings and content
• Experience with Amazon Vendor Central/Amazon Seller Central
• Strong understanding of Amazon product detail pages, A+ Content, product variations, and catalogue management
• Experience executing content updates across marketplaces or retailer platforms
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level)

Requirements

• Experience with Amazon Brand Stores (Nice to Have)
• Experience supporting DTC eCommerce platforms and Shopify (Nice to Have)
• Experience using Figma (Nice to Have)
• Experience with content localization and translation workflows (Nice to Have)
• Experience working with international consumer brands (Nice to Have)
