[Hiring] Manager, CRM & Digital Marketing @Shiseido

Role Description

The Manager, CRM & Digital Marketing is responsible for implementing customer lifecycle marketing and digital engagement initiatives across Shiseido, NARS Cosmetics and Clé de Peau Beauté. This role brings omnichannel CRM programs to life across DTC and Retailer channels, leveraging customer data and insights to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

What You Will Do

• Oversee CRM and digital marketing execution and analytics of CRM campaigns to drive acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue growth for Shiseido, NARS Cosmetics and Clé de Peau Beauté.
• Own the omnichannel CRM calendar and campaign execution across email, SMS, direct mail, personalization, lifecycle marketing, and retailer CRM, including content planning, creative briefing, QA, and delivery to ensure a seamless customer experience and on-time execution.
• Develop customer segmentation, audience targeting, testing, and personalization strategies leveraging Customer Data Platform and data insights to increase engagement, conversion, and customer lifetime value.
• Activate customer data and CRM campaigns to support sales growth and customer engagement across key Retailer channels (Amazon, Sephora, Macy's, etc).
• Serve as primary contact for email marketing operations, partnering with external agency to maximize resource utilization, execute campaigns, and drive operational efficiencies through best-in-class and AI-enabled practices.
• Amplify SMS channel growth through targeted campaigns, testing, and performance optimization.
• Manage affiliate and creator programs with agency partners to drive acquisition and optimize performance/ ROI.
• Partner with external media agency to activate and optimize lower-funnel paid Search and Social strategies.
• Expand the contactable customer base through data capture strategies that fuel acquisition and retention.
• Prepare and analyze CRM and KPI reporting, identifying trends and opportunities to improve performance.
• Assist with CRM budget monthly P&L accountability for CRM tools and campaign spend.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive CRM alignment, prioritization, and execution of customer growth initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop 1 direct report to foster innovation, accountability, collaboration, and growth.
• Perform other duties and strategic initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, or customer engagement, preferably within beauty, retail, or consumer products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Experience with CRM technologies, including ESPs, CDPs, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, including budget management, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
• Solid cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong pulse on industry trends, competitive landscape, and innovation.
