[Hiring] Junior Media Buyer @Company

Role Description

We’re looking for a Junior Media Buyer to join our team and support the planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing paid media campaigns based on campaign objectives and target audiences.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct basic audience and competitor research.
• Assist with targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and campaign segmentation.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Assist with budget allocation and pacing to ensure efficient spending.
• Support A/B testing for creatives, audiences, placements, and ad copy.
• Coordinate with Content, Creative, Account Management, and Performance Marketing teams.
• Ensure proper campaign setup, tracking, and UTM implementation.
• Stay updated on advertising platform changes and digital marketing trends.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in media buying, paid advertising, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads is a plus.
• Good understanding of digital marketing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4 and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Requirements

• Nice to Have:
• Meta Blueprint certification.
• Google Ads certification.
• Google Analytics certification.
• Previous experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Experience with lead generation, e-commerce, app-install, or awareness campaigns.
• Knowledge of the Saudi/GCC digital advertising market.
• Experience working with media budgets and campaign performance reports.
