[Hiring] Social Media Manager @Tradeify

Role Description

You'll run day-to-day social media for the Tradeify FX launch, creating content, engaging with our community, and helping grow our presence among FX traders across major platforms. This role matters right now because the first months will shape how the FX trading world sees us. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

• Content and Publishing
  • Execute the social media plan for Tradeify FX across X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and LinkedIn
  • Manage and maintain a content calendar covering education, market commentary, product announcements, trader spotlights, and promotions
  • Create and publish short-form video, graphics, carousels, and written posts, working with designers and editors as needed
  • Keep an eye on trends, competitors, and market events to spot timely content ideas
• Community
  • Help build and moderate an active FX trading community on Discord and Telegram, responding to comments, DMs, and questions quickly and on-brand
  • Support collaborations with traders, influencers, and affiliates
  • Flag community issues and reputation risks to the team
• Performance and Collaboration
  • Track and report on reach, engagement, follower growth, click-through, and conversions, and share insights to improve results
  • Support paid social campaigns with the performance marketing team
  • Work with product, support, and compliance so messaging is accurate, consistent, and properly disclosed

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in social media, community management, or content creation (internships and personal projects count)
• Interest in and basic knowledge of forex markets and trading communities
• Strong writing skills and an eye for clear, engaging, visually compelling content
• Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or Metricool) and native platform analytics
• Willingness to learn financial marketing rules, including avoiding profit guarantees and including appropriate risk disclosures
• Comfort working in fast-moving, high-volume community spaces like Discord and Telegram
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and hit deadlines

Nice to Have

• Experience with influencer or affiliate programs
• Video editing or motion graphics skills (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects)
• Exposure to paid social on Meta, X, or YouTube
• Personal trading experience or involvement in trading communities
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or financial services
