[Hiring] Head of Marketing @RMG Talent

Role Description

The Head of Marketing will own the company's global marketing function, driving client acquisition, brand growth and retention across all regions. This is a senior, fully remote position working closely with the executive team, sales, compliance and product.

• Define and deliver the global marketing strategy in line with business and revenue targets
• Lead client acquisition across performance marketing, SEO, paid media, affiliates/IBs, social and content
• Own the marketing budget and allocate it across channels and regions based on ROI
• Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, in-house and agency-based
• Drive brand positioning and awareness across key markets
• Oversee CRM, lifecycle and retention campaigns to improve FTDs, activation and client lifetime value
• Work with compliance to ensure all marketing meets regulatory requirements (e.g. CySEC, FCA, ESMA and other relevant regulators)
• Track and report on KPIs, including CPA, FTD volume, conversion rates, LTV and ROI
• Manage partnerships, sponsorships and events where relevant
• Keep up with competitor activity and forex market trends

Qualifications

• Essential: substantial marketing experience within the forex/CFD brokerage industry
• At least 3 years' experience in a senior marketing leadership role
• Proven track record of scaling client acquisition at a regulated broker
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing, affiliate/IB programmes and digital acquisition
• Solid understanding of marketing regulations for financial services (CySEC, FCA, ESMA or similar)
• Experience managing multi-region campaigns and budgets
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
