Role Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketer on a contract-to-hire basis to independently own and drive paid media outcomes for our international e-commerce and service-based clients. You will manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end from strategy and setup through daily optimisation and reporting. This is a remote, individual-contributor role for someone who can operate with minimal supervision. Immediate joining required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for international e-commerce and service-based clients.
• Develop and refine paid advertising strategies with a clear focus on ROI and profitability.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, ad copy creation, audience targeting, and bid optimization.
• Execute and monitor Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns on a daily basis.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, delivering clear weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to improve conversion performance.
• Set up and manage tracking, conversions, remarketing, and attribution models in coordination with the tech/analytics team.
• Apply AI tools such as Claude Code, Claude AI, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms to improve campaign setup, analysis, reporting, and optimization efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, backed by proven performance results.
• Demonstrated experience with international e-commerce and service-based projects.
• Sound understanding of AI tools for ad creation, workflow support, reporting, and optimisation.
• Proficiency in GA4, GTM, Meta Business Suite, and performance tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work remotely using a personal device.
