Role Description

The Performance Media Buyer is a key member of the StackMedia team and is responsible for delivering smart, innovative, and performance-driven digital campaigns for its clients. The Performance Media Buyer will be responsible for planning and executing digital ad campaigns across a variety of mediums that include but are not limited to:

• Social
• Native
• Programmatic
• Email
• Newsletter
• Sponsored content
• Influencer partnerships

The ideal candidate for this position is proactive, organized, accurate, and able to problem-solve. They take the lead in identifying and adopting successful strategies, platforms, or experiments in order to drive performance. They are adaptable and easily adopt new strategies and have a passion for testing and experimentation.

What You'll Do

• Set up and launch digital campaigns on ad networks.
• Spearhead campaign set up, ideate/brainstorm creative & content assets, and optimize campaigns with the goal of hitting the client-specific KPIs.
• Partner with specialty teams to ensure cohesive Digital campaign launch where necessary.
• Assist with providing supporting content for recommended partners and programs to the Planning and Planning Strategy team for plan recommendations to clients.
• Pre-campaign checks and balances to ensure all media is measured accurately.
• Ongoing management of campaigns by compiling campaign performance data to provide optimization recommendations.
• Own weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify new ad networks for testing.
• Process and analyze competitive media activity in the marketplace.
• Understand analytics and data, and use them to create compelling content/campaign strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Digital Media Planning and/or Buying experience.
• Specific experience running campaigns on Meta, Google, Taboola, and TikTok.
• Experience and confidence in identifying underperforming campaigns/assets in a variety of different funnels/structures and taking action on executing optimizations to hit client KPIs.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Self-Starter/demonstrates initiative.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in leading and collaborating with others.
• Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation

Our overall compensation and rewards package includes base pay, bonus or commission, and a variety of benefits. The anticipated annualized salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 (this range may be modified in the future based on changing market conditions).
