You'll manage SAP Canada's compliance landscape across Quebec, administering policies on bribery, corruption, conflicts of interest, and fraud while ensuring adherence to Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and local regulations. You will:

• Oversee the frameworks for public contract governance.
• Deliver targeted compliance training to employees across North America.
• Be the trusted advisor for our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
• Collaborate with Legal and Government Affairs on Quebec's regulatory requirements.
• Help ensure compliance with third-party relationships.
