[Hiring] Senior People Business Partner @Thyme Care

Role Description

Own the end-to-end People partnership for our fully distributed, large and rapidly growing Clinical Care Team (a complex population that includes RNs and Nurse Practitioners) across:

• Performance management
• Employee relations
• Key people programs such as performance and compensation reviews and engagement surveys

Apply sound judgment to complex and sensitive employee matters:

• Identify concerns early, balancing business needs with the employee experience
• Drive timely, thoughtful resolutions while serving as an objective and empathetic resource for employees

Build manager capability through:

• Proactive coaching
• Direct and actionable feedback
• Clear accountability

Use people metrics to surface insights and inform decisions related to:

• Performance management
• Engagement
• Retention

Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Recruiting, Legal, IT) to establish clear ownership and build efficient processes.

Report to the Senior Director of People and work closely with the broader People team.

Qualifications

• Worked for 5+ years in an HR Business Partner, People Generalist, or equivalent role
• Supported a fully distributed, non-exempt Clinical workforce
• Thrived in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities

Benefits

• Base salary for this role is $140,000-165,000
