Role Description

We're looking for experienced executives, consultants, advisors, and senior business professionals who want to turn established relationships into additional income—without taking on another full-time job or being responsible for SteadyState's entire sales pipeline.

• You may bring us one company or five.
• What matters is that when you see an opportunity, you know how to turn the relationship into business.

Qualifications

• Trusted executive and business relationships
• Credibility with organizational decision-makers
• Years of business experience
• Firsthand understanding of the problems organizations have with people they value
• The ability to have consequential business conversations
• The commercial judgment to recognize an opportunity
• The ability to run and close a B2B sale

Requirements

• No prospecting quotas
• No required number of accounts
• No monthly activity targets
• No expectation that you carry SteadyState's entire sales pipeline
• No traditional full-time sales schedule

Benefits

• 15% of collected revenue on eligible new business you originate and close
• At current launch pricing:
  • 1 corporate engagement = $3,750 commission
  • 3 corporate engagements = $11,250 commission
  • 4 corporate engagements = $15,000 commission
  • 10 corporate engagements = $37,500 commission
• No base salary, guaranteed draw, or commission cap
• Designed for someone who brings established relationships and wants freedom to earn at their own pace
