Today - Twilio is hiring a remote Senior Executive Business Partner. 💸 Salary: usd 106,320 - 156,300 per year 📍Location: USA

Role Description

Join the team as our next Senior Executive Business Partner within the R&D organization at Twilio. You will provide proactive calendar management and organizational support to two R&D VP’s, effectively balancing multiple priorities and navigating ambiguity with confidence. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with your executives and fellow support team members to help drive execution of key team initiatives aligned with business goals. You'll act as a trusted central point of contact for your executive’s direct reports as well as the broader teams.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Calendar & Priority Management: Partner closely with executives to understand business priorities, proactively stack-rank incoming requests, and manage complex calendars. Exercise independent judgment and discretion to make decisions on behalf of leaders, protecting their time while redirecting non-essential requests.
  • Proactive Time & Workload Insights: Serve as a trusted advisor on time management and calendar efficiency, anticipating business needs while maintaining the highest standard of discretion and confidentiality.
  • End-to-End Travel & Logistics: Oversee complex domestic and international travel end-to-end, manage expense reports, and lead event logistics for high-impact leadership meetings, special projects, and team initiatives.
  • Team Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the executive’s direct reports, building strong cross-functional relationships to drive priority initiatives and surface operational roadblocks early.
  • Offsites & Event Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution for executive offsites and strategic team gatherings—managing budgets, venue selection, stakeholder alignment, and post-meeting action item tracking.
  • Internal Communications Support: Facilitate team all-hands meetings and assist with team messaging logistics—including scheduling broadcasts, managing distribution lists, and posting internal communications on behalf of leadership.
  • Peer Collaboration: Partner with peer Executive Business Partners across departments to ensure alignment with broader R&D and company-wide strategic objectives.
  • Business Acumen & Growth: Develop a comprehensive understanding of business drivers to effectively support leadership, drive team efficiency, and foster continuous personal and professional development.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience providing executive-level support in a fast-paced technology environment, with a proven ability to exercise sound judgment and make effective decisions amid ambiguity and change.
  • 7+ years’ experience supporting leaders in strategic planning, business operations, management consulting, or related functions within a technology environment.
  • Superior attention to detail and high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Demonstrated abilities to build cross-functional relationships, partnering closely with leaders and peers, and keeping multiple teams and projects on track in parallel.
  • Experience planning domestic and international travel including air travel, hotel accommodations, visa requirements, etc.
  • Confident abilities to plan and facilitate virtual, in-person, or hybrid leadership summits and team-building events.
  • Proficient in common administrative tools (i.e. G-Suite, Zoom, Slack, etc.).
  • Excellent time-management skills, problem-solving abilities, ability to anticipate needs, and a master multi-tasker.

Requirements

  • Previous support roles within the High Tech industry ideally within Engineering or Product.
  • Understanding of business operating cadences and team requirements to align and maintain rhythms.
  • Prior experience with contract management and procurement processes.
  • Ability to conduct research, create reports or presentations.
  • Experience tracking T&E expenses to budget and understanding of headcount planning.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think outside the box and know when to pivot as needed.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay.
  • Generous time-off.
  • Ample parental and wellness leave.
  • Healthcare.
  • Retirement savings program.
  • Participation in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan.
