[Hiring] Senior HR Compliance Manager @GE Aerospace

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Compliance Manager to implement and sustain a robust HR compliance program across the EMENAT region (Europe, Middle East, North Africa and Turkey). Reporting into the wider HR leadership team, you will ensure adherence to applicable employment laws, regulations and internal policies, while enabling safe, high-quality and timely business operations through compliant and efficient HR practices.

In this role, you will:

• Lead risk assessments and audits, drive corrective actions through to completion.
• Partner with HR, Legal and business leaders to proactively manage compliance risk.
• Provide guidance that supports sound decision-making at all levels of the organisation.
• Manage and support employee investigations, ensuring they are handled fairly and consistently.
• Contribute to global projects and initiatives, with the opportunity to lead cross-functional and cross-regional programmes.
• Support work outside your assigned region as business needs require.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or Law, or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience in HR compliance advisory and management across the EMENAT region.
• Demonstrated ability to lead compliance programs and manage complex investigations.
• Experience with HRIS, case management, and compliance monitoring tools.
• Deep knowledge of regional employment law and HR compliance frameworks.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Requirements

• Bi-lingual English-Italian or English-Polish preferred.
• Advanced degree or compliance/HR certification preferred.
• Experience with FLIGHT DECK or other LEAN /Six Sigma Process.
• Strong analytical and project leadership skills.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and influence at multiple levels.
