[Hiring] Sales Recruiter II @Motive

Role Description

Motive is looking for a Sales Recruiter II to help build and scale strong teams across our sales organization. You will own searches of diverse scope, shape recruiting strategy, and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and cross-functional partners. You will report into the Sr. Manager, Sales Recruiting. This role is well suited for someone who brings deep recruiting expertise, sound business judgment, and a commitment to improving candidate and stakeholder experiences.

• Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple sales and business-critical GTM roles, from intake through offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define role priorities, calibrate candidate profiles, and align on search strategy.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive candidates through targeted sourcing, market mapping, networking, and referrals.
• Use recruiting data and market insights to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
• Deliver a consistent candidate experience and support inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruiting process.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of recruiting experience, including in-house recruiting within a technology or high-growth environment.
• Deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting and closing passive candidates across sales, specifically Enterprise sales and business functions.
• Experience advising hiring managers and senior leaders on market conditions, search strategy, interview processes, and offers.
• Strong command of recruiting metrics, ATS data hygiene, and using insights to guide decisions.
• Ability to manage diverse priorities independently, influence stakeholders, and solve complex hiring challenges.

Requirements

• Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications.
• For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units.

• The compensation range for this position will depend on where you reside.
• Motive uses three geographic zones to determine pay range.
• For this role, the compensation ranges are:
• San Francisco, California: $110,000 — $138,000 USD
• U.S. metropolitan areas: New York City Area and Seattle, WA: $106,000 — $132,000 USD
• Other locations in the United States: $96,000 — $120,000 USD
