[Hiring] Talent Acquisition Specialist @Inizio Medical

Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist position supports the Inizio Medical agencies with end-to-end management of assigned vacancies, from position opening through to hire stage. This is a busy role, managing multiple positions simultaneously. You will be responsible for:

• Developing a strong understanding of each position requirement.
• Advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates from niche talent pools.
• Conducting initial interviews with candidates.
• Guiding managers through the recruitment process.
• Emphasizing direct sourcing using a range of tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

• Lead on the full hiring process for assigned US positions, understanding recruitment needs and managing the candidate search and experience.
• Understand hiring briefs from Line Managers and develop advertisements and sourcing strategies to align with the role.
• Use a mix of marketing and direct sourcing techniques to attract candidates to open positions.
• Manage candidates through our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and work collaboratively with hiring managers.
• Provide feedback to candidates on the application process, interviews, and application outcomes.
• Proactively communicate with hiring managers to ensure they are informed on vacancy activity and process.
• Lead on the candidate initial interview process, including recruiter interviews.
• Make offers of employment and manage all associated contracts that follow through to offer acceptance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable end-to-end in-house recruitment experience and proven success at direct sourcing candidates within a specialist area.
• Previous experience in recruiting within a medical communications or pharmaceutical environment is desirable.
• Previous experience of using applicant tracking systems effectively; experience with Greenhouse is highly desirable.
• Demonstrable expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing system capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience of building excellent working relationships at all levels.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities in line with business needs.
