Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Brand Specialist develops and executes talent attraction and employment branding strategies that strengthen the organization’s ability to attract qualified coworkers, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and physicians, while building sustainable talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs.

• Creates, coordinates, and optimizes recruitment-focused content, campaigns, digital outreach, and candidate engagement initiatives.
• Communicates the organization’s employment value proposition, culture, and career opportunities across diverse workforce populations.
• Reports to Talent Acquisition, with a dotted-line relationship to Provider Recruitment.
• Ensures talent attraction strategies support both organizational workforce recruitment and provider recruitment priorities.
• Works collaboratively with Marketing and Communications, Talent Acquisition, Provider Recruitment, and other key stakeholders.
• Ensures recruitment marketing efforts are targeted, consistent, measurable, and aligned with organizational brand standards.
• Uses recruitment data, labor market intelligence, sourcing trends, candidate engagement metrics, and campaign performance measures to evaluate effectiveness.
• Identifies opportunities and continuously improves talent attraction strategies.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, provider recruitment, recruitment, employer branding, talent attraction, recruitment communications, digital candidate engagement, or a closely related field.

Requirements

• Travel is required: Up to 20%
