At ACRUX Search, we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team on an ad hoc basis. You'll have the freedom to manage your own workload, work from home or utilise our Perth office whenever you prefer, and enjoy the flexibility to work around your lifestyle. What You'll Be Doing

• Source, screen and interview quality candidates
• Manage recruitment assignments from brief through to placement
• Build trusted relationships with clients and candidates
• Attend client meetings and conduct face-to-face interviews when required
• Write engaging job advertisements and manage applicant pipelines
• Conduct reference checks and prepare candidate recommendations
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Deliver an exceptional recruitment experience with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

• Previous agency recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, self-motivated approach
• Confidence in business development and client management
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A current driver's licence and reliable transport for occasional client meetings
• A reliable internet connection and phone access if working remotely
