Role Description

ATG is looking for a Talent Sourcer & Candidate Screening Specialist to join our extended recruiting team on an as-needed, hourly basis. This position is designed for someone who enjoys the research and discovery side of recruiting:

• Finding talented people who may not be actively applying
• Understanding where strong candidates are in the market
• Initiating professional conversations
• Identifying individuals who warrant further consideration

You will work primarily with ATG’s Director of Talent Acquisition, who will provide search direction and take ownership of candidate qualification beyond the initial screening stage.

This is an opportunity to establish an ongoing working relationship with ATG across multiple client searches rather than completing a single isolated project.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Clear, professional verbal communication
• Strong listening and note-taking skills
• Confidence communicating professionally by phone or video

Requirements

• Conduct targeted candidate research and talent mapping
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, recruiting databases, and other appropriate sourcing methods
• Identify qualified professionals for executive, management, specialized, technical, revenue, and operational positions
• Conduct initial candidate outreach
• Conduct brief initial candidate screening calls
• Verify basic qualifications, relevant experience, interest level, availability, compensation expectations, and alignment with the position
• Document screening results and candidate notes accurately
• Enter and maintain candidate information in Dover ATS
• Identify and escalate qualified candidates to ATG’s Director of Talent Acquisition
• Conduct additional market research and sourcing projects as assigned
