Requirements

• Identifying potential candidates through professional networks, online platforms, and sourcing tools.
• Conducting outreach to prospective candidates to introduce opportunities and assess initial interest.
• Assisting with initial candidate screening conversations and coordinating interview scheduling.
• Maintaining organized records of candidates and tracking recruitment activities within designated systems.
• Supporting the posting of job opportunities across online job boards and professional networks.
• Maintaining candidate profiles, resumes, and recruitment documentation within recruiting platforms.
