[Hiring] People Partner @Crash Champions

Role Description

As our business continues to thrive and expand, we are searching for an exceptional individual to become part of the Sigma Family as a People Partner covering a period of Maternity Leave (anticipated 7 months).

What Your Day-to-Day will Look Like:

• Provide expert guidance, advice and support to leaders on best practice, organisational development, people management, change management and employee relations matters.
• Partner closely with the Head of People/UK People and Group Centralised Services Manager in the development and delivery of local people strategies and projects in line with departmental KPIs.
• Continuously review HR policies and procedures, reporting and making recommendations for improvement.
• Contribute in the implementation and delivery of approved People initiatives, plans, strategies and procedures.
• Support the Centralised services team including providing line management, working alongside the People Systems Manager and acting as the point of contact for escalations.
• Support Health and Wellbeing across the group including providing line management support for the Health and Wellbeing Team.

Qualifications

• HR experience within the BPO or similar fast-paced industry covering the complete employee lifestyle.
• TUPE and Consultation Experience.
• Experience of using HR Information Systems.
• Solid and extensive understanding of UK local employment legislation and employee relations.
• Have a passion for supporting employee wellness.
• People Management experience.
• Experience of working with counterparts in other geographies.
