[Hiring] People Business Partner @Zapier

Role Description

Zapier is looking for a People Business Partner with experience supporting GTM functions and employment standards in EMEA. This role is for an intermediate to senior level People Business Partner who will own their portfolio end to end, with support from people team partners:

• Organizational design
• Workforce planning
• Talent reviews
• Manager capability
• Performance
• Complex employee situations

As a member of the PBP-ER Team, you will also contribute to the effectiveness of how the team works using AI-enabled systems and automation to make processes and day-to-day work more efficient and scalable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or PBP
• Experience with a varied set of client groups
• GTM experience is an asset
• Ability to work autonomously in a global team
• Strong relationship-building skills with experienced stakeholders
• Experience advising on performance management, employee relations, and exits in multiple EMEA jurisdictions
• Effective in a fully remote, distributed environment

Things You’ll Do

• Serve as the strategic People partner to leaders in Data and Product
• Develop deep knowledge of Zapier's market context and business strategy
• Work directly with leaders on organizational design and performance standards
• Advise on complex people challenges with thoughtful support
• Act as the driver for PBP-led people processes
• Partner with Centers of Excellence to design and roll out people initiatives
• Strengthen the team's practice outside North America
• Continue to grow skills in leveraging AI tooling
