[Hiring] Human Resources Generalist @CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange

Role Description

The HR Generalist, HRIS & Compensation will support a broad range of HR programs and day-to-day needs, including:

• Managing ongoing HRIS data audits, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Producing recurring and ad hoc HR reporting and analysis.
• Supporting compensation programs, including salary administration and annual compensation processes.
• Administering sales incentive programs, including plan documentation and ongoing maintenance.
• Serving as a resource for employees and managers on HR systems and payroll.
• Handling employee, payroll, and compensation information with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Documenting and maintaining standard operating procedures and controls.
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity of employee records.
• Supporting the payroll and benefits team during high-volume periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in a multinational or globally focused organization is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong HRIS administration and employee data management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills required, including complex formulas and data analysis.
• Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Solid understanding of core HR functions, compensation, and benefits.
• Results-driven, people-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• ADP Workforce Now payroll experience is a plus.
