Role Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through offer, for the clinical and operational teams that power MEDvidi's growth across the United States. Your work directly shapes both the quality and the compliance of every hire we make.

• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers.
• Source and evaluate candidates for high-volume and specialized roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines in the U.S. healthcare market.
• Ensure a professional candidate experience end to end.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including experience working for U.S.-based businesses.
• Proven expertise in sourcing and evaluating candidates.
• Experience with high-volume hiring.
• Strong understanding of ATS systems and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Perfect written and spoken English (mandatory).
• Ability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours (required); fully remote, ideally based in Europe.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting for healthcare organizations (would be a plus).
• Experience recruiting 1099 and W2 healthcare providers (would be a plus).
• Familiarity with DEA/licensure processes across multiple states (would be a plus).
