[Hiring] Recruitment Supervisor @Vector Outsourcing Solutions Phils. Inc.

Role Description

Oversee the overall recruitment operations and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

• Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers regarding current and future staffing needs.
• Establish recruitment priorities and monitor the progress of all open vacancies.
• Ensure proper delegation of tasks and accountability within the recruitment team.
• Monitor recruitment performance, productivity, and achievement of hiring targets.
• Review recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and vacancy updates.
• Identify recruitment challenges and implement solutions to improve hiring efficiency.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies through partnerships with schools, job fair organizers, PESO offices, and other relevant organizations.
• Coordinate with management regarding salary recommendations and market benchmarking.
• Handle escalated recruitment concerns, candidate negotiations, and hiring manager feedback.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of recruitment platforms, trackers, and applicant databases.
• Review and improve recruitment processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and applicable labor regulations.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations to recruitment team members.
• Oversee and facilitate weekly HR meetings to discuss recruitment updates, manpower requirements, pending concerns, and department priorities.
• Report recruitment progress, hiring challenges, team performance, and recommendations to the Chief People Officer/ HR Manager.
• Ensure that action items and concerns raised during HR meetings are properly monitored and addressed.
• Follow team and/or client’s proper procedures, policies, and methodologies as instructed.
• Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Qualifications

• BPO Healthcare experience is preferable but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role and volume hiring experience.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment operations, manpower planning, and hiring targets.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing channels, and talent acquisition best practices.
• Experience handling recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent leadership, team management, coaching, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and recruitment compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
