Role Description

Own full cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles across multiple client startups at once:

• Account Executives
• SDRs/BDRs
• Customer Success
• Partnerships
• Marketing
• RevOps
• Finance
• Accounting
• IT
• People

• Get embedded in each client's culture, both socially and professionally, while running several searches in parallel.
• Partner closely with founders, CROs, CFOs, and other senior stakeholders to define what a great hire looks like at each stage of a company's growth, and help them understand what good talent practice actually looks like.
• Source and engage passive candidates rather than waiting on inbound applicants.
• Keep clients in the loop the way founders want it: action items after every meeting, weekly and monthly reports, daily Slack updates, so no one's ever wondering what's happening in their search.
• Track every search in Ashby and flag risk early.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of GTM and/or G&A recruiting experience, agency or in-house, in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruiting experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with senior and founder-level stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Sharp organization and attention to detail. Candidates and clients never go quiet on you.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting for fintech, healthtech, or B2B infrastructure startups (nice to have).
• Experience with Ashby or a similar modern ATS (nice to have).
