The Work:

• Use data and analytics to shape experience-led end-to-end Workforce Reinvention programs.
• Manage project teams to identify AI and automation impacts on roles and transformation pathways.
• Craft workforce reinvention strategies highlighting future role implications.
• Collaborate with Ecosystem Alliance Partners using Gen AI and automation technologies.
• Identify how roles must evolve and what uniquely human capabilities to build.
• Design AI-enabled operating models focusing on human judgment and creativity.
• Co-create enterprise-wide reinvention conversations connecting workforce transformation to business strategy.
• Drive change programs that help leaders adopt new ways of working.
• Lead with a people-first mindset, fostering inclusivity and diversity.
• Manage and support business development efforts including SOWs and client presentations.
• Contribute to practice development initiatives such as culture building and recruiting.
• Ability to travel up to 80% based on client expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience across integrated Talent functions.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in workforce, talent, organization, or change solutions.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in AI-enabled workforce transformation.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience serving utilities clients or in a utilities finance function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (bonus points).
• Experience in Customer Service / Customer Operations domain and/or Field Operations (bonus points).
• Ability to work across the Talent practice beyond workforce transformation (bonus points).
• Experience leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Models for workforce analysis and transformation initiatives (bonus points).
