Role Description
SiteMinder is growing its connectivity to PMSs, OTA Booking Channels and Applications at a rapid rate. As a Partner Integrations Analyst, you’ll play an integral role in co-ordinating and assisting our third party integration partners to link with SiteMinder via the SiteMinder APIs pmsXchange, SiteConnect, SMX, Channels Plus and DB APIs.
- Utilise your technical skills to troubleshoot complex problems that arise with our connectivity partners.
- Ensure partners are well aware of the problem and guide them to a solution that fits their business requirements.
- Explain complex concepts in a way that partners can recognize and take action on.
- Identify and explain any foreseeable gaps in partner knowledge.
- Work in a fast-paced delivery team to meet customer demand for new integrations.
- Ensure quality and certify each partner to high standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in providing a high level of Customer Service (via phone and email)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to both software developers and business
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced team
- Previous experience in coordinating projects, or parts of projects
- Flexible to work across time zones
- Experience or exposure to basic scripting, basic SQL and log troubleshooting
- Experience with SOAP and Rest API
- Experience with Postman
- Experience or exposure to writing/updating technical documentation
