Role Description
The FAS Invoice Pay Analyst will partner with the Sr. FAS Invoice Pay Analyst for successful & efficient day-to-day Invoice Pay Operations. The role requires a positive attitude and the ability to judge/anticipate the needs of the customer.
- Help the customer with daily transactions
- Make SUA (Virtual Credit Card) payments
- Perform supplier enrichments for campaigns
- Focus on driving and ensuring customer satisfaction post hyper care/campaign
- Monitor daily payment processing for IP and fulfillment using various views and reports
- Manage supplier error cases
- Make web/phone/portal payments
- Stop check/payment reissue
- Monitor SUA in CSI
- Provide post-hyper-care supplier sync support
- Support EWS verification and SUA supplier enrollment
- Return payment support
- Send weekly/monthly reconciliation files
- Support SUA (Virtual Credit Card) campaigns
- Campaign enrichment
- Cross account supplier review for SUA
Qualifications
- High School diploma required
- Working knowledge/language of financials preferred
- Some college
- Accounts Payable experience (or other accounting/financials experience)
- Workday knowledge
- OCR knowledge
