Role Description

As a Customer Success Representative, your core responsibility will be spending your day providing fast, painless, and accurate customer support via email. Additionally, you’ll help on live chat, assist with documentation, and proactively reach out to help folks who might not yet know they need it.

  • Become an expert in all areas of TestGorilla
  • Provide guidance to paying customers about how to use the product
  • Troubleshoot technical issues when they arise
  • Liaise with the development team
  • Ensure the customer is continuously informed along the way

This is a full-time position in which you are the first in line to help; your understanding of the product and our customers will be incredibly valuable for the business.

  • Answer written support inquiries through email and chat
  • Educate customers on best practices
  • Drive adoption
  • Increase renewal rates and reduce churn
  • Proactively reach out to customers to help with onboarding
  • Assist as needed with documentation, research, and other side projects
  • Provide customer-focused feedback to other teams

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Previous knowledge of Zendesk, HubSpot, Confluence, Jira, and support ticketing platforms (bonus points)
