Role Description
As a Solutions Engineer at Synthflow, your primary focus will be ensuring the technical and operational success of our enterprise customers as they onboard and scale their AI phone agents. This role combines:
- Technical expertise
- Hands-on implementation
- Customer engagement
- Project management
You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of our solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical onboarding and implementation of Synthflow's AI phone agent solutions, including prompting strategies, API integrations, and customized setups.
- Serve as a primary technical contact, troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customer project leads and host technical workshops with customer engineering teams.
- Proactively identify and execute the necessary actions to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
- Collaborate closely with Synthflow's sales, engineering, and customer success teams to deeply understand and deliver on customer needs.
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in technical implementation, customer success engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, CRMs, automation tools, technical integrations.
- Experience or deep interest in AI/ML technologies and prompt engineering.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage both internal and external stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, pay meticulous attention to detail, and enjoy collaborating cross-functionally on small, agile teams.
Requirements
- Previous experience at a fast-growing startup or in enterprise-level AI/ML service implementation (preferred).
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompting (preferred).
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales, customer success, and engineering processes (preferred).
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate enterprise customer schedules (preferred).
