Why We Need You
We are looking for a customer-centric Local Service Ads Specialist to join our team. While expertise in Local Service Ads (LSAs) and Google Ads is beneficial, we are primarily seeking a candidate with exceptional customer service skills. The role entails setting up and optimizing LSA accounts for clients in different industries, with a focus on maintaining excellent client relationships. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn and adapt to the technical aspects of Google Ads and LSAs.
The Impact You'll Have
- Develop site structure and content strategy for our clients' websites, with the goal of ranking high on search engines.
- Optimize clients' Google My Business profiles
- Conduct ongoing keyword research to identify ranking opportunities and increase site traffic.
- Utilize data tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Keyword Planner, and Bright Local to compile and analyze data for digital marketing reporting and pre-sale analysis. Ensure performance dashboards are updated.
- Optimize client websites for SEO by using reporting and citation platforms, and coming up with new page ideas for websites.
- Identify and fix SEO issues rapidly, including crawlability, indexability, broken links (301 errors), not found content (404 errors), canonicals, etc.
- Spot trends and patterns while analyzing digital marketing metrics.
- Track all tasks and time in project management software, performing required due diligence and documentation. Set up, manage, and optimize Google Local Service Ads accounts for multiple clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve ad rankings, budget efficiency, and lead quality.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting for LSAs.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations.
- Manage client budgets to maximize ROI and maintain cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure clients meet Google's eligibility requirements, including business verification and background checks.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, updates, and best practices in Google LSAs and local search.

- Advanced English skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience managing Google Local Service Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of local search optimization strategies.
- Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Technical Knowledge in G Suite (Gmail, Docs, Meet, Sheets, etc), Excel, WordPress (Google certifications are much welcomed!)
- Working knowledge of Google Search Console and Google My Business.
- Familiarity with Ahrefs, BrightLocal, Screaming Frog, WordPress.

- Basic knowledge or interest in digital marketing and paid advertising platforms
- Experience working with service-based businesses.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking software.
- Understanding of SEO principles and their impact on LSAs.
