Role Description
The Senior Data Analyst will be part of the Enterprise Data Management & Analytics team and will be responsible for supporting the business with advanced analytics and insights to highlight opportunities or any risks for effective decision making. In this role, you will be responsible for driving Operations self-service dashboards initiatives end-to-end, while supporting new initiatives to enhance the various data analysis and visualisation efforts across reference data domains.
- Analysing complex business data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies relevant to business reporting
- Designing and building maintainable and scalable visualisations (Tableau)
- Process mapping and optimisation
- Eliciting and defining user needs and translating it into functional requirements
- Developing proactive, diagnostic and predictive data driven insights and reports that drive strategies and support decision making
- Executing complex database queries to support in-depth data analysis and operational insights
- Performing data reconciliation and ensuring data integrity and reliability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and translate them into tailored, user-friendly reports
Qualifications
- Extensive years of demonstrated experience in Business / Data Analysis
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Proficiency in Excel, advanced SQL and Python for data analysis
- Experience with visualisation tool like Tableau to present the insights clearly
- Experience working with sources such as SalesForce/ Zuora/ Marketo/ Intercom would be highly advantageous
- Familiarity with Analytics Engineering tool like DBT would be highly advantageous
- Experience with CI/CD processes involving Git would be advantageous
- High level of skill in the application of analytical, conceptual and problem-solving techniques to provide meaningful reports
- Analytical thinker and problem solver
