Role Description
This role is aimed at individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong interest in health issues related to e-cigarette use. As a vital member of our team, you will assist Italian-speaking customers by addressing their concerns, providing accurate information, and offering guidance regarding our e-cigarette products and related health topics.
- Handle inquiries from customers about e-cigarettes and health implications in Italian.
- Provide clear, accurate guidance on product usage and address safety concerns.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and details of customer support cases accurately.
- Stay informed about current regulations and best practices in the e-cigarette industry.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Outstanding communication skills with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Experience in customer support or a healthcare-related role is advantageous.
- Ability to provide comprehensive information and handle inquiries with sensitivity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform well under pressure.
- Familiarity with e-cigarette products and their health considerations is a plus.
- Proficiency in using digital customer support tools and software is preferred.
