Role Description
This role involves assisting German-speaking clients by providing exceptional service and support regarding their insurance inquiries and claims processing.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive insurance and claims processing.
- Provide accurate information and guidance to clients about their policies and coverages.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Document and process claims efficiently while maintaining detailed records.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in policies to provide informed assistance.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in insurance or claims.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering quality service.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with insurance terminology and procedures is a plus.
