Role Description
This role involves providing exceptional support and assistance to our German-speaking customers regarding their home appliance inquiries.
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in German for home appliances.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to product features, troubleshooting, and warranty information.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Educate customers on product usage and maintenance to enhance their experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately for quality control and service improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of customer queries.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the home appliances sector, is preferred.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries.
- Positive attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
