Role Description
This role is perfect for those who have a passion for customer service and enjoy the travel industry. As part of our Car Rental team, you will assist Italian-speaking customers with their rental inquiries, provide information on services, and ensure an outstanding rental experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to Italian-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with vehicle rental inquiries, bookings, and modifications.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Educate customers on rental policies, pricing, and vehicle options.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain all necessary records.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and company offerings to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or car rental sector, is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer care.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using digital communication tools and customer management systems.
