- Provide top-notch technical support
- Assist customers and internal teams with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Diagnose and resolve IT issues
- Maintain system efficiency
- Set up and configure devices
- Ensure cybersecurity best practices and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of support tickets, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams
- Participate in training sessions and stay up to date with the latest IT developments.
Qualifications
- At least 2+ years in IT support, technical support, or help desk roles.
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Linux, cloud-based platforms, and enterprise IT systems.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, VPNs, DNS, firewalls, and remote access tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Certifications (Preferred but Not Required): CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent.
- This role is open to U.S.-based candidates only due to compliance and security regulations.
