Role Description
This role involves managing IT projects, ensuring smooth execution, and delivering high-quality results. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- End-to-End Project Management: Oversee IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, developers, engineers, and executives to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Agile & Scrum Leadership: Implement Agile methodologies, facilitate stand-up meetings, and continuously improve project workflows.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
- Budget & Resource Allocation: Manage project budgets, control costs, and allocate resources effectively.
- Performance Monitoring: Track progress using project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com) and report key metrics.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in software development, cloud computing, or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with IT systems, software development lifecycles (SDLC), cloud technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Strong background in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, inspire collaboration, and drive results.
- Quick thinking and proactive decision-making skills.
- Strong verbal and written skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certifications (preferred).
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing IT projects.
- Technical knowledge of IT systems and software development lifecycles.
- Expertise in project management methodologies.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
