Role Description
Join Our Team as a Local Support Specialist at RateHawk!

Help Our Partners:
- Take calls and provide initial advice to our B2B partners in Greek and English.
- Keep our partners informed about ongoing cases and provide regular updates.
- Assist other operation teams with communication in Greek.
- Respond to information requests from B2B partners.
- Document all your work in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Advanced level of Greek and English – you’ll need to speak and write fluently.
- Ability to grasp new information quickly and focus on results.
- Capable of juggling multiple tasks and handling stress with ease.
- A strong sense of empathy is essential.
- Experience in travel, concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators is an advantage!
