Role Description

This role is perfect for those who are dedicated to customer service and have a strong understanding of health-related issues surrounding e-cigarettes. As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in assisting German-speaking customers by answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and providing them with accurate information regarding e-cigarette products and health implications.

  • Respond to customer inquiries about e-cigarettes and health issues in German.
  • Provide clear and reliable information regarding product usage and safety measures.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the support database.
  • Stay current on industry regulations and health guidelines related to e-cigarettes.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) is a must.
