Role Description
This role involves working with our Operations team to build and operate our outstanding on-demand services.
- Ensure the smooth daily operation of our services by providing telephone and email support
- Work scheduled shifts, with appropriate shift bonuses for night shifts, Sundays, or pre-determined holidays
- Support drivers and passengers in all matters and assist them with their questions or concerns
- Care for customer satisfaction and ensure that issues are resolved
- Opportunity to grow with tasks and responsibilities, increasing compensation accordingly
Qualifications
- Fluent in German (C2 or native) and English (C1 or C2)
- Good communicator, able to find the right tone in different contexts
- Enjoy providing advice and support over the phone
- Remain calm in stressful situations and develop creative solutions in real time
- Willing to learn and deliver great service, even without prior call center experience
- Passionate about enabling accessibility to mobility and reducing the world's carbon footprint
- Technology-savvy and enjoy working with modern IT tools
